A variety of new jewellery designs

Special Exhibitions and events are a great opportunity for previewing new designs from artists. In my case, I can actually give you a small preview of some of the designs that will be coming to my website in the future. Dorset Art Weeks 2014 is just around the corner - in less than a week's time the doors will be open to greet enthusiastic visitors from around the globe. Yes, that's correct! Last event 2 years ago, I had a visitor from Iceland who'd booked their holiday to coincide with Dorset Art Weeks.
The necklace above is named Raya and is made from Rose Quartz and Amzonite gemstones.
During the 16 day event, I will be open every day, bar one. There are less than a dozen jewellers open for visits, but as I have several hundred designs - who needs too many others, ha, ha.
This bracelet is a variation on my catalogue image for my venue advertising (Venue 60). I'd made that one specifically to fit me and having worn it a great deal I discovered that the cord had a tendency to wear/ fray. I naturally 'test drive' every product that I sell as I don't want my customers suffering any design faults. So, this one I made with silver chain and blackened it (oxidised) to replicate the cord.
Another 'first look' at some of my recent enamelling. These horseshoe drops will soon be joining my horse jewellery collection.
