The aim of Julia's House is to maximise and enrich the quality of life of children and young people with life-limiting or life threatening conditions.  It is the only hospice in Dorset dedicated to children with life-limiting conditions. The majority of the children cared for by the hospice are unlikely to live beyond the age of 18
